Material
The clothes rail is made of finely brushed and extremely robust V2A stainless steel.
On request, the clothes rails can also be powder-coated in any RAL colour. The steel wires are also available in white and black.
Dimensions
The clothes rails are available in widths between 80 and 170 cm as a set from the webshop. Special widths are possible on request.
The maximum width with two suspensions is 250 cm
The length of the steel cables is 1.00 metres (suitable for ceiling heights up to 2,50 metres) or 1,50 meters (suitable for ceiling heights up to 3 metres).
For higher ceilings we offer longer cables up to 500 cm.
The max. position to the ceiling is shown in the table below ( Hmin-Hmax ).
On request we can shorten the cables Please let us know your ceiling height and the desired distance to the ceiling. (recommended for poles with a width of 80 or 100 cm)
The diameter of the clothes rail is 33.7 mm.
The diameter of the steel cables is 3mm.

Function
The height of the clothes rail can be adjusted. The bars are fixed to the ropes with patented fasteners and can be released easily with a click.
This allows you to adjust the height of the clothes rails along the ropes. The steel cable slides into the clothes rail.
Variants
airjust is supplied in two versions. airjust SOLO with one bar or the TWIN model with two bars.
Besides standard widths, you can also order airjust in individual lengths (maximum width with two suspensions is 250 cm).
You can also connect the bars to each other using special connectors. The connectors can be easily dismantled.
Load capacity and ceiling mounting
The maximum working load is 50 kg per cable suspension (and with professional installation using suitable fastening technology) and is still dependent on your ceiling construction. Please be sure to observe the installation instructions and tensile force/loads given by the anchor manufacturers. In case of doubt, we recommend an inspection on site.

For concrete ceilings/ wood
As standard, airjust is supplied with hanger bolts (wood profile) and a Fischer Universal Plugs UX12x70. The permissible loads depend on the maximum tensile force of the dowels and the condition of the ceiling. Therefore, please observe the specifications of the anchor and ceiling manufacturers and ensure professional installation. The installation instructions are, of course, included in the delivery. For suspended ceilings.
Especially for suspended ceilings such as plasterboard / sheetrock, you can order special tilting anchors from the Würth® company in the webshop, which is characterised by high retention values in cavities. Please also note the professional installation and the load information depending on the boards used. Furthermore, you can also anchor airjust with threaded rods in the concrete ceiling underneath.

Installation via ceiling rail
In addition to point fixing, we also offer fixing via ceiling rails, e.g. from the company Halfen. This is also suitable for heavy loads and difficult ceiling conditions (e.g. false ceilings).
The products are furnishings and accordingly manufactured for the storage of objects (depending on the design e.g. textiles). Any improper use (e.g. sports activities) can cause damage to the furnishings, as they are not suitable for the stress caused by improper use.

What is the load-bearing capacity of airjust?
The maximum working load is 50 kg per cable suspension. (With professional installation and using suitable fixing technology).
For small orientation: a heavy leather jacket weighs approx. 1.7 kg. A light down jacket weighs approx. 500 grams
Please be sure to follow the installation instructions and tensile force/load specifications of the anchor manufacturers. In case of doubt, we recommend an on-site inspection.

How does the ceiling installation of airjust work?
Ceiling mounting can be done with appropriate plugs or in the special air ceiling rail (only for airjust RETAIL)
You can assemble the hanging wardrobe yourself with a little craftsmanship. Assembly instructions are included.
You need a drill with M12 drill bit (for the standard dowel) and a Torx key (profile TX25) to screw in the supplied hanger screw..
Please make sure that the installation is carried out professionally and, if in doubt, ask us or your trusted craftsman. Please pay attention to the respective manufacturer’s instructions. For the installation of suspended ceilings we optionally supply special tilt anchors.
Which tools do I need?
For the installation of the ceiling mounted wardrobes you need a drill with an M12 drill bit. A Torx key (profile TX25) to screw in the supplied hanger bolt. And ideally a spirit level to level the rods.
How much space do I have for height adjustment?
The clothes rails can be adjusted in height along the ropes. The clearance for height adjustment is approx. the half the width of the clothes rail, as the rope slides into tp the bar. e.g. with a 120 cm SOLO you have a variance of 50 cm.
For low ceilings and/or smaller widths ( 80, 100 cm ) we shorten the ropes accordingly.
Is airjust also available in special widths ?
Of course we can also produce airjust in your desired width. The maximum width per bar is 2.50 metres.
Can I mount the airjust clothes rail system in suspended ceilings?
Yes, that’s possible. The supplied Fischer® Universal Plug Ux12 is also suitable for cavity fixing. Please make sure to observe the installation and tensile force instructions on www.fischer.de and for professional installation.

When fixing in plasterboard, always observe the holding value specifications of the board manufacturer. Especially in the case of heavy goods, we recommend anchoring in the concrete ceiling below or in the fixed substructure. In case of doubt, an inspection on site is necessary.
What ceiling height is airjust suitable for ?
The length of the steel cables is 170 cm. With a normal visibility height for the clothes rail of approx. 1.70 metres, you can cover ceiling heights of up to 3.20 metres. If you have higher ceilings, we offer you in our webshop the steel cables also with a length of 5 meters. If you have low ceilings or if you want to position the clothes rail very close to the thickness, we can shorten the ropes to the desired length on request. Useful for 80 and 100 cm widths.
Can the height of the clothes rails be adjusted later?
Yes, thanks to the patented fasteners you can adjust the height of the clothes rails with a click along the ropes. The rope slides invisibly into the clothes rail. The respective upward and downward play is half the width of the rod:
e.g. with a 100 cm rod it is approx. 50 cm, with a 160 cm width 80 cm clearance.
Especially for smaller widths ( 80 and 100 cm ) we can adjust the ropes accordingly. When ordering, simply inform us of your ceiling height and the desired distance of the pole from the ceiling.
Can the airjust also be attached to a sloping roof?
Yes, because the infinitely adjustable height of the individual steel cables means that the clothes rails can be suspended from particularly steep ceilings without any problems.
How far should I place arjust from the wall ?
The reference value is 30 and 40 cm from the wall. So that the hanger has enough space even with thick winter jackets and does not touch the wall.
Is the airjust clothes rail also available in other colours ?
The clothes rails can be powder-coated in any RAL colour. The steel cables are also available in white and black and the fasteners and ceiling fixings cannot be powder coated.
Care instructions
For stainless steel, we recommend using a special stainless steel care spray, steel cleaner or detergent. Powder-coated surfaces should be cleaned with aqueous solutions made from pH-neutral (pH 5-8) detergents or cleaning products and soft, non-abrasive cloths, rags. Always clean metal surfaces gently and without scrubbing so that the surface is not scratched. Never use cleaners containing granular substances, acetic acid or citric acid.
